U6-U8 SPRING LEAGUE

Friday Night Lights (FNL) 2021,2020,2019 Birth Years

For players who want to keep playing and developing their skills while enjoying the thrill of games under the lights, FNL is the perfect option!

• Duration: 7 weeks (1 practice + 1 game per week)
• Format:
• Practice day and time chosen by the coach
• Games on Friday nights at Kathy Lund Park
• In-house scrimmages against other Rocklin FC teams
• Coaches who opt to take a team will receive free registration for their child and have the option to select their roster. Many teams from the Fall Recreational Program choose to stay together for Spring FNL.

Age Groups and Game Format

• 2021 Birth Year: 4v4 Format – 4:45 PM kick-off
• 2020 Birth Year: 4v4 Format – 6:00 PM kick-off
• 2019 Birth Year: 5v5 Format (includes goalkeepers) - 4:45pm/5:45pm/6:45pm (times will vary)

Dates

• Practices: Week of March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd,  Week of April 6th, 13th,
• Games: March 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th; April 10th, 17th, 24th (make up week)

Cost

• $149 per player
• Free entry for children of coaches - if you wish to coach email Dale (doc@rocklinfc.org)

Uniforms

Players will use the same uniforms as the Fall Recreational Program. Additional uniforms are available for purchase at our office.

If you are interested in coaching, your child will play for free and you will get to choose your preferred practice day/time to suit your schedule. Coaches will also receive training & support to ensure the best possible experience for the kids (and yourselves). We will also have our very own competitive coaches attend some of the games for age groups in which they coach to offer assistance in any way they can.
