2026 FALL SEASON

Important Dates

• August 3 — Practices begin for U9 and older (typically practice twice per week)
• August 10 — Practices begin for U6–U8 (typically practice 1–2 times per week)
• August 15 — Picture Day
• August 29 — First games
• November 14 — Final games

Games

The fall season includes 10 Saturday games from August through November.

Placer Alliance (U9 age-groups and above) game schedules can be found on the Placer Alliance scheduling site once the season starts. Your coach will have access to the scheduling. Most Placer Alliance games will be played in Rocklin, Roseville, Loomis, Granite Bay and Lincoln.

• October 10 — No Games / Reseeding Weekend
• Reseeding takes into account the scores from the first half of the season and uses it to inform scheduling for second half. This helps create the best competitive balance we can offer.

• $210 — Early Registration · Through March 31
• $225 — Regular Registration · April 1–June 1

• Registration and team placement are subject to availability.

TEAM SELECTION & ROSTERS

Teams are comprised through the consideration of many factors. They are primarily, but not limited to:

• Age
• Returning to previous year’s team
• School child attends

No team name can be changed after official rosters have been handed out. Team names are chosen prior to the

beginning of the season. No duplicate names shall be used in the Club. This allows for clarification in all club information which names are used (schedules, pictures, sponsorships, etc.).

Practice begins in early August and will be held at a park or school in Rocklin. Practice times, days, and locations will be requested by coaches and determined by the Club. Players will be contacted by August 1st directly by their coaches regarding practice times and locations. Players are unable to request a certain practice time or location at time of registration as these are assigned directly to coaches after the rosters have already been finalized. Most coaches practice twice per week on a weeknight 4, 5, 6 or 7pm. Some coaches go to only one practice per week once games start, and some stop practicing during week near or after daylight savings time. Older teams may decide to continue to practice twice per week throughout.

We understand that circumstances can change after registration. However, team formation, coach assignments, uniform orders, and scheduling require Rocklin FC to make commitments well before the season begins. The following refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while allowing the league to plan effectively.

On or Before June 15 — Full Refund

• Cancellation requests submitted on or before June 15 are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, minus a $15 administrative fee.

June 16–July 15 — Conditional Refund

• During this period, a refund is available only if Rocklin FC is able to replace the player with someone from the waitlist.
• If a replacement is available, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Refunds during this period are not guaranteed and depend on waitlist and division availability.

After July 15 — No Refunds

• After July 15, team rosters, uniforms, and scheduling commitments are being finalized. Refunds will not be issued after this date, except for the circumstances listed below.

Exceptions

• Refund requests after July 15 may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
• Player injury or medical condition — Doctor’s note required.
• Family relocation outside Rocklin FC boundaries — Proof of relocation required.
• Requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Approved refunds may be reduced by administrative fees, uniform costs, or other expenses already incurred by Rocklin FC.

How to Request a Refund

• Submit refund requests in writing to admin@rocklinfc.org and include:
• Player’s full name
• Date of birth
• Division
• Reason for cancellation
• Please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation and processing.
